For Chef Dylan Ambrose, sometimes less is more. He believes "using more than 5 ingredients tends to muddle food flavors for many dishes." Instead, he likes to stick to a few, high quality ingredients. This comes as welcome news for many time-pressed cooks looking to get great quality food on the table—fast. He has been in the business since 1988, and his culinary inspirations include Julia Child, his grandfather and his mother—although not necessarily in that order!
