Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Vaughan Foods, Inc.

Beaverton Ore. – September 16, 2011 – Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., the leading national provider of deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Vaughan Foods, Inc., an integrated manufacturer and distributor of value-added, refrigerated foods.

The acquisition, announced on July 6, 2011, complements Reser’s existing national network of production facilities which produce the company’s leading brands including Reser’s American Classics™ deli salads, Reser’s Sensational Sides™ and Main St. Bistro™ side dishes, Don Pancho® Mexican Foods and Stonemill Kitchens® premium dips.
