1. Where can I find Reser’s products?
Our products are currently sold in 50 states and across Canada. You can find Reser’s products in most national grocery chains, independent retail outlets, club stores, and convenience stores.
2. Does Reser’s accept suggestions for new products?
Reser’s is proud to have a Research and Development team of food scientists and culinary experts with years of experience creating products for the food industry. While we’re always looking for new ideas, we don’t accept product suggestions; our R&D team is dedicated to keeping up with the latest food trends and they formulate new recipes for us as demand warrants.
3. Where can I find nutritional information on your products?
Nutritional information is listed on all of our retail product packaging. If you do not have our packaging available, please contact us and we can assist you.
4. Does Reser’s offer any Kosher certified products?
We currently offer some kosher salads in East Coast markets under our Manor Hill label. Both bulk and pre-packaged kosher Reser’s salads can be found in the deli section of your store.
5. Are any of Reser’s products “gluten free”?
Reser’s strives to meet our customers’ needs, however because all of our plants make hundreds of fresh recipes from thousands of ingredients, we cannot guarantee a “gluten free” manufacturing environment for any single product. Rather than risk customer satisfaction, we have chosen to not make gluten claims on our products. Each ingredient is very clearly stated on the packaging label so that Reser’s consumers can make informed choices about the foods they eat.
6. Does Reser’s display a use by or sell by code date?
Reser’s generally displays a use by code date on our packaging to ensure freshness. This means you should use the product by the date on the packaging for maximum product quality.
7. How long are your refrigerated products good for after they’ve been opened?
Our refrigerated products can be enjoyed within 5 days after opening if they are sealed properly in an airtight container and properly refrigerated.
8. At what temperature should your products be stored?
Refrigerating our products between 35-40° F will ensure freshness through the end of their shelf life. Tortillas, like bread, should be stored in a cool dark place but do not need to be refrigerated.
9. Can I freeze Reser’s refrigerated products?
In general we do not recommend freezing Reser’s refrigerated products as their product quality is best when served fresh. Freezing can cause our products to separate. If, however, you choose to freeze our products then we recommend that you thaw them in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
